Conshohocken's Trusted Fire, Storm, & Water Damage Restoration Company

I noticed some water damage and reached out to a restoration service. Without even coming to assess the problem, the company wanted me to file a claim with my insurance company in order to proceed without any additional information. I balked at this and was referred to Quantum restoration by our roofer. Jason was amazing. He heard my concern and came out the next morning personally. He identified the problem (degraded seal around the outer window). He recommended I have someone seal it and said he would provide an estimate. I took care of the problem and contacted Jason again. He sent his team out who reassessed the problem and assured me it had completely resolved with the fix. He only charged me (a very small fee) for the second visit. The first company was going to have me make a claim to my insurance, probably charge me a fortune, and have their way with me. While I have no guarantee that is how things would have ended up, I feel that my experience with Quantum restoration was far simpler, straight forward, and honest. I will recommend them in the future.

I had a really great experience with Quantum. They responded quickly to our call when we had damage to our garage, did an immediate board up that same day, and were prepared to work with our insurance company. They are somewhat local so I could always call the estimator for any updates on pricing and work that needs to be done. They always kept us in the loop on progress once work started, and the project manager was always on site for the work and very accessible, including check ins on on which days and what time they were coming. The overall result was great and high quality. Would highly recommend Quantum for any restoration needs

I have to say I am very grateful for Erhard and his team. He has been very attentive, especially when my adjuster was not. His team and him have been very caring, thorough, professional and present with everything going on with my house. Erhard has talked me through the steps of the process, which has been very supportive for me since my adjuster was not there. The work and craftsmanship that these guys did was absolutely amazing. I would give them six stars out of five stars if i could. Quarantine restoration has been nothing but amazing to me. I really got to know Erhard and would use them for other projects that are beyond the scopes of this one. If you need a trusting contractor to do your work I would definitely recommend Erhard and his team!

We have had the pleasure of working with Dan Murphy and his team at Quantum Restoration in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene which devastated our farm in Nth Carolina. He arrived almost immediately and guided us through a very difficult time. His hard working team members have worked to a very high standard with Dan checking their work not quite daily but almost. We felt very well looked after even though he must have been working on many different projects and he picked up the phone every time I called or texted. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Five stars all the way.
